„hätte viel besser sein können
Das Hotel ist modern eingerichtet, öffentlich mit der Metro sehr gut zu erreichen und das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist überaus großzügig dimensioniert und das Personal merkte sich bereits ab dem ersten Tag die Vorlieben des Gastes. Auch das Zimmer war für Paris durchaus groß bemessen und das Hotel legt offensichtlich auch großen Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit, jedoch müssten angebrochene Duschgelfläschchen nicht jeden Tag durch Neue ersetzt werden …
1) das DELUXE-Zimmer befand sich ebenerdig direkt neben dem Gehsteig! Als Sichtschutz eine Milchglasscheibe und als Akustikschutz eine zusätzlich eingezogene Glaswand. Es war zwar hell aber man hatte eben KEINE AUSSICHT, was sich leider NICHT nach Deluxe anfühlte. Auch hörte man Menschen, die am Gehsteig mit Koffern entlang rollten oder Stöckelschuhe trugen relativ laut. 2) bezüglich „Lärm“ gab es auch das Problem, dass die Lautsprecher des Soundsystems unüberhörbar brummten. Leider auch in der Nacht. Der Rezeptionist konnte nicht helfen und der Haustechniker konnte das Problem leider erst am Folgetag (allerdings auch erst nach erneuter Beschwerde) beheben, indem er das Soundsystem deaktivierte und es uns daher aber auch nicht mehr zur Verfügung stand. Das Management kam uns dankenswerterweise beim Preis geringfügig entgegen. 3) direkt neben unserer Zimmertüre wurden 4 Tage lang zwei riesige Pakete abgestellt, was das Betreten des Zimmers auch nicht wirklich freundlicher gestaltete. 4) die Bedienknöpfe der Toillettenspülung haben sich immer wieder verhakt. Obwohl bereits am ersten Tag gemeldet, wurde das Problem bis zu unserer Abreise 4 Tage später nicht behoben. 5) im oberen Bereich des Kastens wurde sicher seit Monaten nicht gereinigt. Der Staub lag dort ziemlich hoch.

Great value boutique hotel
The location is great, the staff was very kind and helpful and the room was clean and had all necessities.
There was no coffee machine in the room, only instant coffee but also when in Paris, you want to experience the cafes.
